My husband and I hired Noreen after arduously grilling 2 agents this past summer.
We were finally ready to part with our Smith Mountain Lake Waterfront Rental and wanted someone that didn’t just hold the title “Agent” or “Realtor” to handle our property…we wanted a “REAL PERSON” that would LISTEN to our specific needs.
Noreen Hartkern was and IS that person.
Our home sale was probably one of the most difficult tasks we’ve had to accomplish in the past several decades.
The first deal fell through at the hand of the other agent…the one who we decided not to hire—and that was the best decision we have ever made.
After the first deal went sour, Noreen coached us on improving our property even more, taking the inspections and making all of the repairs and investing a little of our rental income into giving our rental a much needed “facelift” after our last tenants moved out.
She general contracted the entire process and inspected and secured the property before, during and after renovations and improvements.
Despite having to lay out the money, Noreen was confident that we would recoup those monies and more on the back end, with the a new buyer….which we definitely did
The property was now, move-in ready and our home closed just before Christmas 2018.
We CANNOT THANK NOREEN HARTKERN ENOUGH for allowing us to move on with our lives and put this investment to bed and our money and peace of mind back in the bank for the future.
