Smith Mountain Lake: 117 Waterfront Single Family Homes Under a Million

Things are Gorgeous and Status Quo here……and low inventory remains
to be the norm–more so now, than when I wrote that about 2 months ago.
Only now, it’s because people have removed their homes from the market
and are sheltering in place for the time being.

Do I think there will be a glut of homes on the market later this year–????
Not by a long shot.

This situation is unprecedented, and quite frankly,
Spring has Sprung…..

So if you had your choice of “hunkering down” in a U.S. city
or at Smith Mountain Lake for the Summer…what would you choose?

Attached are 150,  single family homes.
There are no condos or townhomes in this list,
so if that is of interest to you, just let me know.

Only 117 of these homes are under a million, so we
still have the same issue of home prices scaling upward.

Sales are still happening here, with 50 Lake Access and
Waterfront Homes Under Contract as we speak.

Virginia still has a Shelter-in-Place order
from our Governor until June 1st–

The most difficult thing is finding a place to stay
at this time, but for some of you, Smith Mountain Lake
is a day trip and there are deals to be found if you can
make the trek.
