I hope this finds you healthy and safe amidst this madness!
There are many, many facets to closing any home, be it a primary, or a vacation home,
when there is no crisis……
Because there are so very many moving parts to a home sale transaction, and more players than you can ever imagine, I am working diligently with Mortgage Reps, Attorneys and Settlement Agencies,Title Companies, Appraisers, Home Inspectors, Pest Control Specialists, Well and Septic Technicians, and Contractors, trying to get updates on how the Coronavirus has impacted their individual businesses and what processes have been put in place to mitigate any health concerns or delays.
I have my finger on the pulse of the day-to-day changes,
and I will update those of you who are approaching the closing
table with new procedures and timelines and the impact that
they may have as policies from agencies unfold.
That being said, the Smith Mountain Lake Rental Season is almost upon us
and AVAILABLE NOW are the very few remaining lakefront rental opportunities available to own as income producing property for 2020.
