That can be a savings of $10K-$30K right up front!
Are you looking for homes that need a lot of work—
trust me…we have them…and they can be had for
fairly cheaply….you can spend the winter months
getting it ready for Summer 2012.
Are you looking for just a single or double-wide getaway…
again….check with your lender
but KNOW that singles are impossible to finance
and doublewides are very, very difficult…
Do you have cash?
Then let’s make some offers!!!!
the seller can counter offer or quit…
Then we can go make another offer…
There are a few homes on the market
that are overpriced and seem out of line
with what the market is demanding right now
and the sellers are just hoping and praying for an offer…..
I know some of them off hand…
they don’t want to lower the price but are waiting
for a lower bid…this muddies up the playing field
but the seller’s fear is that they would lower their
price below what someone is actually willing to pay….
We can gather a list of these properties by looking
at a large number of days on the market.
The bottom line is this….
It IS a Buyer’s Market….
but you need to know
what that means for YOU.
Just because there might be 400 homes available
on the lake doesn’t mean you can afford them all….
or that a large number of them will appeal to you and
fit your wants and needs.
